The studio
Two professional backgrounds and a shared idea: connecting expertise throughout the life of a property.
From a shared idea to a practice
The idea was developed by Angelo Sandalo and Andrea Lamperti in December 2008: to give clients one point of contact throughout the construction and management of a property. Following their early collaborations, Studio Tecnico Due-A was founded in 2012.
Their early work involved small projects and collaborations with practices of geometri and engineers, and with construction companies.
Geom. Angelo Sandalo
He obtained his Italian geometra diploma in 2004 and began practising in 2008, when he joined the professional register.

Ing. Andrea Lamperti
Following science-focused secondary studies, he obtained a first-cycle degree in Ingegneria Edile in 2008 and a laurea magistrale in Ingegneria dei Sistemi Edilizi in 2011, within the Italian university system.
